Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If stock is low, or due to a high volume of orders your order will be delayed, we will contact you via email or phone. Delays caused by our postal services/freight providers are out of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For oversized items: Shipping charges will be provided included in an individual quote.
Local delivery
If you offer local delivery or in-store pickup to customers in your area, you can dedicate a section of your shipping policy page to explain the process or create a separate shipping page specifically for local customers.
Free local delivery is available for orders over $350 within Auckland. For orders under $350, we charge $1.5/km for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup
There is no in-store pickup available.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at glw2707@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
